Ordered from chiltern after being let down by two other companies they were 25% cheaper than nearest competitor and delivered two chairs in twenty four hours i was sitting on them well pleased with them chiltern will be my first choice in future

I wanted to order a sideboard from this company but delivery dates did not suit. I called their sales number and was greeted by calming music and a repition of a voice telling me that my call was important. Sadly they gave no indication of how long I might have to wait. Aftre being told for the umpteenth time that my call was important I rang off and sent them an email explaining my problem. An auto reply came back saying that they would get back to me within 3 days. I can’t say anything about the quality of the products but it is clear from other reviews and my experience that COF underinvests in customer service.

Ordered a dining bench, bench arrived damaged and poor quality. It looks like the furniture doesn’t go through a quality check after it’s made.
Asked for a refund 2 hours after it arrived, 10 days later a company contacted gave me a time slot which I agreed to. Said company turns up 1 hour 30 mins before the time slot to collect the furniture, obviously I’m not in.
I have cctv footage of them at my front door whilst I’m at work, let’s see how long it takes for them to sort another slot out. I’ll be damned if they try and charge me.
I regret ordering from children oak furniture as it’s turned into a headache. Poor furniture, poor collection service.
